I think you should best consult a doctor and explain your symptoms.

There are a lot of people in the world who suffer from High Blood Pressure.

It is important to take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. The treatment goal is blood pressure below 140/90 and lower for people with other conditions, such as diabetes and kidney disease. Adopting healthy lifestyle habits is an effective first step in both preventing and controlling high blood pressure. If lifestyle changes alone are not effective in keeping your pressure controlled, it may be necessary to add blood pressure medications.

If you have high blood pressure, it will be possible that your head behind the ear will feel uncomfortable.

The reason is that the pressure of your blood against artery walls inside your head is higher than normal blood pressure, which is around 110 mmhg.

If your artery is strong enough there will be no stroke.

If your artery is weak there will be stroke.

Stroke means the artery is burst and the blood will leak outside the artery.

Try to find out your body characteristic to solve your high blood pressure, because different people different reason, and different way to cure.
