Alternate Medicine For Rapid Heart Rate : No Diagnosis Posted: 04-16-05 15:26pm
I've had a fast heart rate along with
shortness of breath (although I can work
past that) since exams 3 months ago. I've
seen a chiropractor, a doctor and a
cranialsacrel therapist and none have been
able to help much, so the doctor summed it
up to anxiety. I'm not an anxious person
and do not need relaxation exercises, as
most of the time i'm very relaxed. I
haven't had an anxiety attack since the
one that started it all, so i'm thinking
that the reason my heartbeat won't slow
down is because of a chemical reaction.
Is there anything I can do to help my
heartrate go down safely?
Just for reference, my heartbeat is around
76bpm sitting down and does way up to
150-180bpm going up stairs. Is this just
an out-of-shape thing? I don't feel out
of shape. I don't look it either, as i'm
very thin (fast metabolism).

May I suggest taking body force, coral
lagic, and noni juice. The coral lagic
relieves anxiety.
