Me and my boyfriend have been try to get pregnant for nine months. We lost our daughter in 2003 due to her being premature,we have decided to try again, but no joy it is very disappointing every month when my period comes, so if anyone can give me any tips on getting pregnant that would be a great help. Stop trying to get pregnant! The easiest way to get pregnant is to not try. I know that loosing a child is something that a parent should never go through, but stressing your self out every month is not going to make it any easier to get pregnant. Just have fun with your hubby. Try different positions and opt to go for a second or third round. Making it fun will make it seem less like work and more like play and if you dont get pregnant right away then you dont feel as if you have failed. Look at it this way, if you try really hard one month and dont get pregnant, that means you get to try again next month! Catch my drift? If you make sex fun than it wont seem so depressing that you have to have sex.

I always hear stories of the couples who have been trying for over a year to get pregnant and once they decide to stop trying, *boom* they get preggo. Stop trying so much and just enjoy the process :)

I agree with the past posters that 'not trying' to get pregnant is the sure way to get pregnant, but we all know how difficult that can be especially when you want something so bad!!

What 'methods' are you using to get pregnant? Do you know when you ovulate each month? Are you taking your basal body temperature and charting it? It is quite obvious that both you and your boyfriend are able to concieve, so maybe it is just your timing if off?
