Im a virgin and I have this pimple like bump on private area. It itches and hurts. Ive had 2 other ones before but this one is towards the middle. I was able to pop it and white puss and blood came out. Any idea what it is?

Sounds like an ingrown hair, do you shave down there? A way to tell if its an ingrown hair is if you take a good look after popping it, and theres a little hair right in the middle of the bump. If there is, pluck it out, it will cause less irritation.

Nope. No hair and I dont shave there. Can it still be an ingrown hair? Or something else?

Anywhere there are hair follicles, there is the chance for ingrown hairs. If left, they can become infected and turn into sebaceous cysts. You can drain a sebaceous cyst, but unless you have the sac that holds the infection cut out by a physician (in the office normally), it will keep coming back. Get a wash rag and hold it under hot water. Wring it out and hold it on top of the bump(s). This will bring the exudate to the top. This will make it easier to drain.
