I'm new here too! But the one thing I do
know is it's easy to say it's in my head,
but hard to stop your body from reacting
to anxiety anyways. I have suffered with
this since I was in third grade, i'm now
27 and i'm on 40mg of paxil and it really
has helped sooooooo much., but do to alot
of stress recently I have had an anxiety
attack and bits of anxiety, but it still
doesn't compare to how I used to feel. I
love knowing i'm not the only one who
feels stupid for not being able to control
myself. But hey things could be worse.
Theres always something worse out there.
It really helps having a husband who
doesn't just think i'm crazy and loves me
no matter how cooko I feel :)
