Ligaments Keep Coming Off the Back Posted: 04-20-05 06:05am


For several years I have suffered with what I think are ligaments coming "out". I normally go to a physio who manipulates them and I am o.K. For a few months. Anyone have any suggestions as to exercises or treatment which will stop the same ligament popping out time and time again?
