it infect another people through any forms
of contacts?

To answer your questions epilepsy is not
an infectious disease and can't infect
anybody by any form of contact. Epilepsy
isn't really a disease at all it is a
disorder where the neurons in your brain
are firing uncontrolably and the messages
can't get to where they are supposed to
go. When this happens you have a
seizure. There are many kinds of
seizures. The grandmal seizure is where
your body is in convulsions and shakes all
over. There are other ones where it
looks like you are looking off into space
kind of in your own little world but in
reality the person is actually unconscious
and having a seizure. You can be awake
at the beginning of a seizure and know
what is going on but normally the person
goes unconscious at some point. At least
I do. I have had epilepsy all my life
(25 years) and that is what happens to me.
Most of the time i'm not conscious at
all but in the past there have been a few
times where I didn't go unconscious right
away and was able to tell somebody what
was happening while I was having the
seizure. Now that only happened once
from what I remember but maybe more i'm
not sure.
Epilepsy can be genetic or you
could get it other ways. Anybody can get
it at any point of their life. I think
the most common ways are either genetic or
a head trama. That's all I can think of
at the moment but feel free to email me if
you have any other questions and I will
answer them to the best of my knowledge.
