My name is emily and I will be 16 in
december this year. 2 days ago I lost my
virginity and I am frigtened I may become
pregnant, I was told that if it's soon
after your period the ovaries haven't
released the eggs very far into the
fallopian tubes so there's a less likely
chance you can be pregnant. Is this true?
And what are the chances that I still
will?

Anything is possible! Some women ovulate
more than once during their cycle, which
can lead to a pregnancy.
Did you use any protection?? If not, get
yourself to a doctor or planned parenthood
and get on protection.

You really need to see a doctor about
this. There is a good chance you could
be, and being at your age, you really
don't want to risk it.

There's definitely a chance of pregnancy
even if it is right after your period.
Some women release eggs as someone said a
few times a month and sometimes you may
release one early or late. Are you on the
pill? Did you use a condom? If not
please invest in a box of condoms or get
on birth control. You may be lucky this
time but next time you never know.
