My bf fingered me and when he took his fingers out there was some blood on his fingers. My period is not due for a week but my breasts hav been hurting for a few days and this morning I felt a bit sick while out shopping but that could hav jus been something I ate. Also my stomache where my womb is aching a bit when he fingers me there. The blood came after these symptomns. Is it possible that I hav just got a cut? Wot is the worst that could happen to me? I have never had sex and am a virgin but my bf has been on top of me with his boxers on while I hav had nothing on. I am very worried and need to know what is going on to me and if I am alrite

wot is the best thing for me to do now?

Please help........

Hey blue eyed, how are you doing?

Avoidance of salt, caffeine, alcohol, and/or simple carbohydrates may improve symptoms. Although their levels of estrogen and progesterone are similar to women without premenstrual syndrome, rapid shifts in levels of these hormones promote pronounced emotional and physical responses.

Regular exercise often decreases the symptoms of pms. Most pms symptoms worsen with the patient's age until menopause; thus, little good news can be given to severely affected adolescents.

No single treatment is universally effective, and studies with all therapies have produced conflicting results. Many health care providers continue to use oral contraceptives in their patients with pms, with little benefit.

For excellent patient education resources, visit emedicine's women's health center. Also, see emedicine's patient education article premenstrual syndrome (pms). Www.Emedicinehealth.Com/ar ticles/6850-1.Asp

Sounds to me like you may have ovarian cysts. Do you see a gynecologist? The cysts are produced during ovulation; that would explain the tender breasts and pelvic cramping. You may also have uterine fibroids. If you are too young to ask your mother to take you to a gynecologist, go to your local health department. They will treat minors without parent consent. If you are having these problems at a young age, the quicker you act, the better the chance of catching anything serious that may be going on.
