Extremely eHealthy
I had brown blood at around 4 weeks or so which is normal as long as it's not heavy like a period. It's probably implantation bleeding!

Heavy Bleeding
Hi there

i hope everything turns out ok for you. You didnt mention any cramping.....? If you are not having any pain, that is a good sign. But I dont understand why you have to wait until tuesday for more tests. I just recently had a miscarriage and I was appalled at the way I was treated at the hospital. Be firm, and demand medical attention. You shouldnt have to wait that long especially if you are bleeding heavily. Did they do an ultrasound...Or is it too early for that? Please keep me posted, I will be thinking about you.

Oh god hun I am so sorry, I am suprised that you are not in any pain but you may be far enough along that your embryo has buried itself far enough into your uterus that the rush of blood does not sweep it away. Please whatever you do go to the hospital if you start to have bad pain, and remember that every time god closes a door he opens a window.

Thanks, cannot go to the hospital before as they say that I need to be 6 weeks before I have the scan, I am experiencing a lot of cramping but it seems to get easier as the night goes on. I have told the doctors about all of this and they still cannot see me until tuesday, I have even had to cancel my hols for sat as they have advised me not to fly!!!!

Gutted!

Well when I was pregnant I had my period for 5 months it was just a light flow but it was not brownish it was a red color but its normal its when your placenta is not connected to your uterus wall so when you get your ultrasound and your still bleeding then you will find out for sure what it is

Similiar Problem...
I had my last normal period on march 28....Was due for next on april 24th...Well didn't come and something told me to take a test, it was positive, then got a blood test on the 25th, that was positive too...Started bleeding on tuesday, the 26th....Almost like a regular period but lighter, still red though, no cramping just a slight tugging sensation, but nothing I would have notice if I wasn't so tuned into my tummy...My hcg levels on monday were 53 and on wed were 64 so went up some but not nearly as much as they should have....I've had some symptoms of being preggy...Nausea (sp?), bloating for a few weeks, crying...I'm a little scared, I want this baby, my hubby and I have been trying for 4 years now, and this is the first positive we got...

Bleeding while preggars is very common whether it brown or red especially around the time that your period is due, they say that your homone levels should double in 48hrs, the good sign is that they have still risen, when I began bleeding I had the same tests and my hormone levels fell, the good thing is that you have been to seek medical help, if the bleeding gets worse and you do have really bad cramps then make sure you go straight back, you have the same thing as my friend has and she is now 20weeks pregnant (still bleeding) but has a healthy pregnancy, try not to worry too much and just relax.

Wish you all the best and good luck!!!!

I had brownish/red bleeding twice (6 weeks, and 9 weeks), with my first pregnancy and everything was fine! They couldn't explain the reason, but just that it is common with some woman. I am now 5 weeks pregnant with my second, and for 2 days I have been noticing brownish spotting. I also have some dull aches in my lower left side. It's not really cramps, but kind of a pulling sensation. I am going to call my doc tomorrow, but I am praying it's just the way my body works. I understand your worry! I also haven't had many pregnancy symptoms (nausea, tenderness, etc). I remember being very ill with my first pregnancy, and i'm waiting for the same feeling to return. Are you feeling many symptoms yet?

I am so sorry to hear that you have miscarried, ive just miscarried myself and it is horrible, if it helps just remember everything happens for a reason and also now that you are aware that you needed that injection you know to ask for it next time.

I hope it all works out for you and your hubby!!!!

All the best in the future. Xx

Miscarriage
Hello,

i recently went to the hospital since I was bleeding while I was pregnant. I was six weeks pregnant when the heavy bleeding started. The doctors have different views about what might have happened. My hcg level was 40 at six week pregnancy. The blood test is positive but there is no sign of fetus. Some doctors think it is blighted ovum, some think that maybe I have ectopic pregnany. I have another ultrasound due in one week. I am hoping that I am still pregnant. Please prey that I am still pregnant.

Thanks
faryal

I found out on Friday that I was pregnant and today, Tuesday I have started bleeding. It started out brown and when I just went it was red. I had a miscarriage 4 months prior to this. in 2006 I had an ectopic pregnancy without even trying to get pregnant. In 2007 I gave birth to my healthy and handsome son. In 2008 I had a miscarriage and now in 2009 I am a few weeks and bleeding.....this is horrible. Any suggestions?
