I am 13 weeks pregnant with my third child and I am experincing something I never have in the previous pregnancies. I have what seem to be pre menstral cramps in my lower abdomen and back. I feel like I could start any time. Should I be worried? :(

Cramps
I think you are probably fine, but I would suggest calling your doc. I don't want to scare you, but I recently had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. My cramps were accompanied by bleeding, but the cramps started like pre menstral cramps in my lower abdomin and back. The bleeding came first for me and then the cramps, mild at first and eventually like labour pains. I have heard that some cramping is normal and so I am sure you are fine, but you might want to check with your doc just to be sure. Good luck, keep us posted.

Oh I had the worst menstral cramping in the begining of my pregnancy. I didnt even think I was pregnant because I was sure that I was going to start any day. Its completley normal, I dont think you have anything to worrie about, but if you start to bleed then get to a hospital right away.
