Hello
i'm new to the ehealth. This is such a wonderful site.. Question

i was wondering if it is safe to have a flu shot well trying to get pregnant..
I'm ovulation this week the 7th to the 13th and we are getting a flu shot monday the 10th and I was wondering if it would affect my changes of concieving..

Call the doctor/health dept. Where you are getting the shot and ask them. I don't think it will affect your chances of getting pregnant, but I think that it could effect the unborn child if you are.

I went to the health dept. To get a flu shot, I told them I was pregnant and they would not give it to me. They said it is safe to get one in the 3rd to 4th trimester. So if I were you I wouldn't get one.
