Any one know about the custody and
visitation in california. I am 19 and so
is the father. Baby lives with me, and he
sees her once in a while. We dont get
along at all! Hes a jerk, he bad mouths
me and all my family. Its terrible. I
was just wondering if anyone knew what the
court might arrange? He said hes gonna
fight me for 50 50 visitations but I just
want him to have every other weekend and
once a week. Or something like that. He
has a violent history but as a juvinile?
Does that matter? Can I use that?
Please help me

Every state is differnt.....And yes you
could probably use that against him
however, remember that this is the father
of your child and he has just as much
right (no matter how much you don't like
him) to see the baby as you do.
