Anyone Else Feel Like This Posted: 04-29-05 21:24pm
Hi, I am new here, I had anxiety since a
child. Now I am getting these new
symptoms mostly shortness of breath most
of the day and a feeling off passing out
but not from my head but from my body
sounds weird. What I mean I dont feel
lightheaded or dizzy my body just feels
weak. Along with the basics racing heart,
trouble sleeping, nightmares, and always
thinking about my health. Anyone else
have these symptoms?

I do have extreme worries about my health
like you said. Borderline hypochondriac.
That's why I go on forums and on as many
health websites that exist. They really
help.
Wow it sounds like you have had anxiety
since you were a child. Does it really
last that long into adulthood??? That's
kind of scary, i'm only 15 will this be
forever?
:d :)
take care.

Well I dont want to scare you it wasnt
that bad as a child very slight it got
worst for me over the years. I was
exposed to lots of violence as a child I
think thats why I have anxiety. But
everyone is different dont worry. What
are your symptoms

You might check out mental health, they
might have some information on cognitive
behavioral therapy(cbt) it helps a lot of
people. I am not trying to tell you that
you are crazy but we all need a little
help sometime. Anxiety can get worse and
can cause a lot of health problems.
Good luck!
