Ok y'all this is the worst pain that I have felt in a long time! I dont really know how to explain but to say that it feel like I tried to do the splits and ripped all those ligaments in the process. And no I wasnt trying to do the splits or one of those facy new positions from cosmo. Lol. Im not quite sure what the pain is but I know it sure hurts like hell! Has anyone else has this?
