I have also had severe stomache pains,
everyday almost for well over a year. In
april of 2002 I had my galbladder removed,
at that time I was told that I had
galstones which was causing the pain. If
that was the case why am I still having
these pains? Im on birth control pills
(ortho tri cyclen), I had questioned the
nurse at the health dept. About the pains
ive been having, and she referred me to
see a Dr. I did go see the Dr. And was
told I had a stomache ulcer and was put on
zantac. About 3 weeks later I returned
because the zantac wasnt helping, I was
then put on prilosec, (this was about a
month ago) however, even this medication
isnt helping any.

watched what I eat and have cut back on
the caffeine, and I still get these pains
in the upper part of my stomach that
spread to my sides and back, and usually
last about 1 min at a time, what can this
be caused from, any info. Would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks
