I have found a small lump like a lemon pip
on my breast but it is quite close to the
nipple I am prone to sweats lumps under my
arms but what do I do about this should I
worry? Arent I too young for breast
cancer?

I have been taking tamoxifin for 2 years
and just in the last few months I am
bruising easy,also varicous veins and
spider veins.
