A friend told me that I could have i.B.S
because she heard my stomach growling from
across the room
i dont know anything about i.B.S please
help

Um, maybe you were just hungry. A
growling stomach doesn't mean ibs.
Ibs means irritable bowel syndrome. It
can involve cramping, diarrieah and/or
constipation. Episodes can be brought on
by stress or by certain foods.

Thanks for your reply.
I dont think its i.B.S that I have but my
stomach makes a different and quieter
noise when im hungry.
But the rest of the time it makes really
strange, loud growling sounds. Its done
it for years but these last few months its
been worse and if im in class its really
embarressing people look at me or ask me
if im hungry
