I know I haven't been here in a while so here's a quick update: i'm single now.....Father isn't ready for this thing so i'm on my own. Mom is supportive tho. I'm 23 weeks and the baby is a perfect size...But my mom thinks it's gonna be a big baby.... We found out that it's a boy...Yay.....Say hi to john-wesley!! Thinking of dropping anthony as the middle name thinking of changing my maiden name now that my father doesn't need to sign permission anymore. The paternal grandmother of the baby is still on my case about stuff...Now stalking me online for any proof that this wasn't an accident or anything else that could be chargable....Which there's nothing so i'm not worried in the least. Tho....I'm starting to worry about my psoriasis....I know my kid has a chance of getting it....But it's been handed down through the male side of the family....So am I only infected or does the kid have a 50/50 chance of getting it too?

Yay!! Congrats on making it to 23 weeks!! :) does it really matter if it was an accident or planned? Either way, I don't think it matters.... I'm not sure what psoriasis exactly is! Sorry!!

Im not sure about psoriasas, but what is this about the grandmother? What the hell is her problem and what is she trying to do?

Psoriasis is a skin condition....There is an info thing about it somewhere on this site that explanes what it is and such... But see....I'm 18 and her son is gonna be 17 soon......We didn't do anything illegal.....But she swears that I did this on purpose. She yelled at me for "giving him responsibility when he hasn't had any responsibility in his life". It's like...Well who's fault is that? Hers! She pampers him because she thinks she has to and doesn't want to teach him how to take care of himself. She smokes weed around a 2-year-old and the only thing anyone would do about it is put in a report to child services and all they do is make sure they're being physicaly taken care of. She thinks it's ok for her to lie but no one else and thinks I should be in jail for lies....Which I haven't lied to her about anything....No reason to. I made a joke one time about holes in condoms and she thinks that I really actually did that to him and it's like....How stupid do I have to be to get pregnant on purpose when both of us still have 2 years of highschool left and neither of us are on our own or even have a job??? No....Maybe 8 years down the line I woulda done it.....But I would have to the the dumbest person in the world to do it on purpose right now. She's the reason why the father and I aren't together anymore.

so your 23 weeks thats about the same as me i'm 20 weeks.. I'm having a boy also.. So when was your last period? Do you know when you concived? What did your u/s measurements add up to the date of your period or the date you conived, mine added up to 4 days before my last period which is kinda confusing but I heard they add 2 weeks on to everything.... But wow that grandma needs to mind her buisness she jsut doesn't want to let him go and grow up on his own but she needs to realize it's not about her anymore there's a baby involved. I'm sort of in the same situation, except my b/f finally stood up to his mom and told her he loved her but she needed to back off and let him live his life.. Finally he said something to her... But then again we've been together for 4 years off and on... So hopefully yours will come around, my bf mom still hasn't came around or asked how my pregnancy is going but she stopped trying to put stuff in his head about me... I hope everything works out for you and don't worry about her or him if he can't stand up to her and realize he needs to step up and be a man and a father then you shouldn't worry about him his not worth it.. Lmao....I have no idea. I was on my period during the thanksgiving time...Definately on the day but I don't know if I had started the day before or two days before.....And I conceived maybe on december 3rd or 4th I think. I don't know which one I was measuring up to but my last u/s was measuring a perfect 22 weeks...And that was almost 2 weeks ago so maybe in a couple days i'll be exactly 24 weeks. My sister just got her ultrasound yesterday, having a boy and is measuring about 21.5 weeks. Actually....She doesn't care about either of her sons...She doesn't mind him being the father....Her problem is with me, not him. See...She hates liars...She thinks that lies should be punishable by death yet weed is ok because she smokes it 24/7. I think she doesn't wanna realize she'll be a grandmother and a mother of a 2 year old and be 38 at the same time. The father is only 16 years old....But she yelled at me for giving him responsibility....Haha....She never taught him about responsibility and thinks it's too late so she has to pamper him. All he's allowed to do is stay in his room and watch dvds and play video games and go to school....That's it....No phone....No friends....Nothing. He doesn't care either...That's all he's known his entire life. She never lets him get out and live.

yeah so your's also when you count back lands on your or around your period.. So how do they determine the day we concived if the measurements are futher back.... I think they count back 2 weeks or so like for me I measured at 19.5 weeks and that lands around dec.14 and when I asked so when did I concive she said any where from dec. 25 and jan 3... I just don't get why they add those 2 weeks in there... But ne ways thats sad I feel for you girl that woman needs to get a life I understand her 16 year old son is going to be a father and thats probally hard for her to understand, but it's not your fault and no matter what your's and her diffrences are she needs to realize that there is a baby involed and let her son make his own desicions... I wish you all the luck and jsut don't go around them and try and make them be there let them come around on there own and if the don't then thats there loss.... Good luck and remeber there is plenty of men out there and just cause you are going to have a kid doesn't mean there not a chance for you to find mr. Right... If you ever need someone to talk to you. You can always spill your guts to me...

Well they time your period....They ask how long it lasts and how many days are between each one...Because conception is most likely 14 days before your next period....And if you're on a regular 28-day cycle then it's 2 weeks before or after...Just because it's the best time. But the due date isn't the date you're supposed to give birth on either...That is also give or take a week or two because it's any time after the 9th month....During the 10th...Which is between 38 and 42 weeks they say is a normal pregnancy length....So really everything is just educated guesses....The baby comes when the baby comes. The father wants to be involved....We're not together anymore only because of her...Not being together hurts us so we're trying to be ok with it for now to save us some pain but it's not working....We can't stand it. He wants to be involved so badly and the rest of his family is supportive...It's just and only his mother that has the problem.....He even threatened suicide if she did this any longer.....Of course she blamed it on me and sent him to therapy and is trying to find a way to make me pay for it.....Which there's no way she can prove anything that she thinks about me because it's all lies. I just hope that once he's 18 that he'll go against her anyway and come home to his family....He agreed that once that happens that his mother will no longer exist to us....She'll have no rights to see the baby......But after a while he changed his mind...I think she takes him on guilt trips and he's too stubborn to see the truth......But I think once he's 18, everything will be fine again.
