I have the same thing, and I never had any kind of tummy problems before I got pregnant. The main reason that I have not gotten hemerroids (i know its tmi) is because through out my whole pregnancy I have had diariah (sorry I cant spell at all). I noticed that the only time that I had those really bad gas pains you are talking about is like 30 minuets before I have to go to the restroom. I told me doctor about it too and she said that as long as there was no blood that it was most likely caused by my pregnancy.

I have that same problem!!! Only if it's not diarea then i'm constepated.. I hate it and again lately i've been having that same feeling you get when you first get pregnant about having to pee all the dam time and half the time nothing even really comes out... I think it's normal w/ pregnancy only I have to guess and go by what other people tell me. At least until I get another Dr. She doesnt' help me with nothing.. She always tells aww don't worry don't worry blah blah I swear she doesn't even listen to what i'm saying it's like shes trying to hurry me out so she can get to the next person.. Aww I cant' wait till I get a new Dr. An actual ob/gyn not a mid wife nurse
