Hi, i am writing to see if I can get some of you to help me out, I just joined an affiliate program with a diabetic supply company. All I have to do is get people to fill out a short survey and I get paid $30 for each person that does it. You do not have to ever buy anything and you get a free glucose meter just for doing it. I know it sounds like i'm trying to get you to buy something but honestly..I am a mother of 6 and trying to supplement my husbands income. I am hoping this works because I really feel like my kids should have me home with them instead of out working. So if any one of you could find it in your heart to just fill out the survey you will help me support my children and recieve a free glucose meter. I promise there is nothing to buy and will only take about 2 min. Thanks for you time and god bless!

Is the survey for diabetic patients only? Also how old do you have to be?

I don't think there is an age requirement, but the survey asks questions for a person with diabetes. Thanks for asking and trying to help.
