When I woke up this morning I had things
on my mind.I weigh 12 stone,im a lazy slob
90% of the time lol.
But I said last night that I was going to
change.And that was for the better.
Im not on any sort of diet yet but I am
looking for a diet which will suit me and
what I can stick to.Right now I have cut
down on fatty foods,i am eating more
healthy after doing a lot of research.
Im gonna join the local gym and hopefully
get a good routine going.Im determined to
loose quite a lot of weight here and look
good in the process lol.
