Q: Mimic Symptoms

Hi!

I had a very short and light period this cycle so I could just be having serious ovulation symptoms, but there's a very real possibility that i'm pregnant.
I have lower abdominal radiating pain, tingly breasts, lower back pain and nausea.

Is it possible for early pregnancy signs and ovulation symptoms to be the same??

I forgot to mention that I took a test three days ago and it was negative. :(
i'd say that it was all in my mind, but the cramps are very real!! :? I don't usually get them with a period.

:)

Well do you think you may have miscarried?
A blood test by a doctor can tell usually up to 5 wks after.
Good luck
