Come typically refers to a guy ejaculating and yes as you say it is obvious.
However usually when a guy ejaculates it is at the moment of orgasm and so the term is pretty much synonimous (sp) with orgasm.

Some guys can ejaculate with out orgasm and some can orgasm with out ejaculate.

But the short answer is if you are orgasming then yeah you're comeing/cumming (either is correct)

some women do produce an amount of ejaculate (vaginal fluids) in a kind of spurt, but most women will just find they have become "wet" during arousal.

Im 23 yrs old and I have had 3 partners, before when I would have sex with my x's , I would feel like im having a orgasm one thats it, I would be wet and everything. In my experience, normally when a woman comes you know it.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 years. We are very much in love with each other and our sex life is wonderful!! But I have a problem with not having an orgasm!! Although I am very wet during intercourse, I just dont seem to reach the ultimate peak!! Am I normal or what?? Would I even know it? All I have to go by is porn movies with how the women react to having an orgasm. Is that the only way of knowing you are having one?? I am very inexperienced, I have never had sex before but my boyfriend and I have mucked around a bit, he has 'fingered' me, and when he asks if I have come I dont know what to say.

Cumming is when a guy ejaculates and orgasm is when women have muscle spasms caused by the clitoral nerve transmitters. But they are interchangable in common talk.
As far as if you know or not you had an orgasm, if you have to ask, then you didn't. Some women go their entire life w/o ever having an orgasm.
The spurting of body fluids from a women does not guarentee they've had an orgasm.
An orgasm can be reached by many ways (clitoral stimulation, labia stimulation,etc. Even breast stimulation) but it always the result of the clitoral nerve endings. The clitoris, though just useally a small round protrusion, is actually about 2.5" long and is "y" shaped with the bottom of the "y" being exposed. The two branches of the "y" are giant nerve transmitters that attached to a nerve center for the abdomen, buttocks, and leg muscles. That is why most womens, abs, butt, and thighs will contract and tighten during orgasm.

Unfortanately you will probably disappoint your boyfriend because you usually dont have an orgasm the first time you have sex. I am 24 and I have been married for 6 years. If you fell a "sense" of relief, then it is an orgasm. Most women never ejaculate any type of fluid during an orgasm. If you are feeling a tightness in your muscles but no sense of "completion, relief", just keep on with what you are doing. Sometimes it takes quite a few of these muscles contractions before you body can process it all completely. I know as a young boy, I had many "dry" ejaculations before the real thing. They felt good, but it wasn't like the first time something came out. Even then, it was a number of times more before I felt the true "relief" when I ejaculated. Don't despair!!! When women get emotional, sometimes they cry. It can happen even during happy moments. I've cried during emotional moments before, although not during sex. It could still happen.

I still find it sorta amusing that after 5 years of marriage my husband asks, "did you come?" No...i was just shaking like crazy cause I'm cold!!!
