Well im new here and have already posted a few things.So let me tell you a bit about me and why have came here.As you may or not to for starters is im a christian which I wont go into now. I am 19,my name is mark and I live in manchester (england). My only aim at the moment for comeing here is that I want to lose weight and will take any advice from you people.

Hi! :) read your post... What is your bmi as of the moment? What diet regimens had you tried previously?
