Wanting to Change My Build!!! Posted: 05-10-05 17:46pm
Hello everyone. For the last few years I
have always told myself that I would go to
the gym every second day, but I have
always gotten lazy.
I was wondering if you people can make any
suggestions to what I can do to change my
built. I'm 5'8' and only 135 lbs with a
non-muscular upper body (my lower body is
skinny but from all the running, biking
and playing badminton my legs are fit).
Anyways back to the point, my upper body
is very weak and I have limited resourses
for exersizing. I really want to have a
tonned and bigger upper body but I don't
know what I can do at home. Please
help!
