Okay, ive been told from two different
doctors two different heights, 5'7''and
5'41/4''...Im pretty sure 5'7'' is it, my
friends who are six feet or higher arent
that much bigger than me...Anyways, I
weighed 156 pounds, ive been trying to get
to 130, and im currently at around 145 or
146 pounds...Would it be healthy for me to
lose some weight? Take into consideration
I have big bones(not in a fat way)and some
muscle...

You weight is probly not to big of a deal.
Like I always say weight is not and issue
till its an issue. Like heart attcaks
diabetes.But acually at ur hieht ur not
doing bad in the wieght factor. Im the
same hieght as u are and weight 130. And
acually u and I are brobly either under or
right on weight to our hieght because they
say a normal girl of 5'5'' should averge
the weight of 130. So really its up to u
. If u do feel like u need to go for it.
And the fact that u have muscel will help.
Because nothing burns unwanted fat faster
then muscel but realy I would say u dont
really have to worry. Cuz its not realy
and issue.

Get your height measured again and then
ask to have your bodyfat tested with
calipers. That might give you a clearer
understanding of where you're at
physically.
