treatments for bipolar?

But it can also mess with people who are
on certin drugs for bipolar disorder.

hello, I am bipolor type 1 and have not
taken medication (lithium) for 4 yrs
now.... And have been relatively
stable....
However I do a great deal of self talk,
and am currently working on my years of
being a "reactor" instead of thinking
something through ... So my moods are no
longer the cataylist to my reactions
my pdoc also suggested a few years ago a
book entitled "mind over mood"
