Cardiovascular Health

Heart disease is still the number one cause of death in all industrialized nations around the world. However, over 10 years of research and clinical testing has shown that a combination of nutrients in specific ratios may assist the body in maintaining circulatory integrity. These repeated clinical studies and trials over the last decade continue to show that specific combination of nutrients can assist the body in returning to wellness.

These nutrients include antioxidants, free radical scavengers and minerals, such as magnesium and potassium, and specialty nutrients such as hawthorne berry, dimethyl glycine, epa/dha and coq10. Other nutrients which support a healthy cardiovascular and immune system include vitamins, chelated minerals and amino acids.

A popular choice is formula plus by supralife. If you want more info, let me know! Good luck!

Save us all from people who think drs are gods, they're mechanics for our bodies & no matter how much they study they can be wrong, most certainly they can be wrong about one specific individual who they've never met.

As we are all unique we need to do our own research & decide what is best/right for us not what some dr who has never met us thinks is right for everyone. God, heaven help us from them & their disciples.

Check out different sites, consider why you want &/or feel you need vitamins etc, consider what you eat, what you do daily & what foods/vitamins seem to react favourably & unfavourably with your system & then decide what to take.

Best Cardio Rx

Since few or none of us posting answers are drs., all answers may or maynot have value or accuracy from a legal standpoint. They are not gods but they are allowed to prescribe.

Although evidence exists that several different nutrients certainly aid cardio health. Those beneficial nutrients aren't just vitamins.

The best cardio rx is exercise combined with as broad a spectrum multi plus vitamin. Depending upon your current health, walking, bicycling, or rowing regularly with your heart rate at the recommended level for the recommended time relative to your health will probably do more for you than any food or nutrient.

If you are doing that basic health task, then the foods and nutrients you do consume will have the greatest impact on your cardio health. We workout 3 times a week and take a great broad spectrum liquid supplement and super antioxidants from pro star nutrition.

I think jfs, is right....Drs may not be gods, but they do serve a very good purpose...Most of the time they are there when we need them..I have been very lucky with the drs I have had, and they have been very caring and very assisting in the diseases that I have and the other problems that I have...So thank you jfs...For your comment I think it was perfect, and absolutely positive thinking... coq10
coq10 is needed by every cell in the body to produce energy. This energy is used in countless crucial ways, such as breaking down and digesting our food, healing wounds, and maintaining healthy muscles.

Because coenzyme q10 is central to the production of energy, it’s not surprising that it is found in especially high concentrations in the heart muscle, which requires a tremendous amount of energy to perform its incessant functions.

Much has been attributed to coq10’s ability to strengthen the heart muscle, and prevent heart attacks and heart disease. Indeed, unlike some other nutritional supplements, which have scant scientific evidence of efficacy, coenzyme q10 has been proven in multiple major studies to significantly improve the health of patients with congestive heart failure.

You can search for materials about coq10 in the net
i am reading this book- " the antioxidant miracle" by lester packer, ph.D.

Not All Are Created Equal!

In regards to vitamins...You should be aware of absorption. Many grocery store brands have only 3-10% absorption...In other words, you are simply "flushing your money down the toilet!!"
health food store products can be better, but again, you need to research the "delivery system"
i have information for you about a patented "heart health" product available with credited r&d support. This along with a quality line of vitamines that also have a patented delivery system, allowing as high as 95% absorption at the cellular level, can be highly effective in hepling promote optimum health.
If you would like more information, please contact me.
