Periostat And Doxycycline Posted: 05-13-05 12:54pm
I used to take 100mg of doxycycline a day
for acne, ($40 bottle of 30) and now I am
supposed to lower the dosage so my doctor
prescribed me 20mg of periostat, which is
a derative of doxycycline. ($80 bottle
of 30)
i don't understand why the bigger dosage
is less money, and why I had this switch.
I could have just broken the pills in
half...Any ideas?
