What is your favorite, strongest, most sure-fire, guaranteed knock your socks off way, nutrient, method, drug/pharma way to getting a good solid super no-interruption night of sleep??? Anyone? All, and I mean each and every all suggestion is greatly welcomed.

10mg ambien, great sleep with no tierdness the next day!
