If they are already pregnant then how do you make them wait to get pregnant?

The reason there is a waiting period on abortions is so that they know what is involved in the procedure and to make sure they make the right decision for themselves and don't just jump into having an abortion that they may later regret. How hard is that to understand?

For these people extremely hard, these people will only be happy when the doctor is telling them that they should have an abortion every time they get pregnant, yet they call us anti-choice.

Well if she is completly aware then a 24 hour waiting period isn't going to make her change her mind right? So why the fuss?

you are. You are against a woman's right to choose how she gives birth or how she prevents it.
.

You really need to grow up and stop running from reality,it is you who is the anti-choice fundie here not anyone else,we are all for women being informed,as this was the reason for this thread, about both sides of the issue, you are against them being informed, there is no reason to make a law to force dr's to inform people of the risks in pregnancy because they allready do,unlike abortionists who want everything kept secret.

they should also be allowed to control when we get pregnant, how, where, why and by who? That is the slippery slope you are sliding down. How anti choice of you.

no, ob/gyn's don't disclose everything related to pregnancy. I've seen pregnancy books that tell you not to read the complication section, because it might "frighten" you. But I don't expect you to understand that ob/gyn's are just as good as covering facts as others (anti choice fundies) are.
.

Especially where it concerns abortion eh but as you are a anti-choice fundie that is ok

well, the problem with this is that it means two separate visits to the clinic. This can be a major problem for someone who has to travel quite a way. It is especially a problem in those areas where they have placard waving lunatics trying to assault women entering clinics.

they don't care about that... Make it as difficult as possible... Er, I mean, make sure she is informed!

sorry -- did that comment have a meaning?

Also, why do people keep quoting entire posts, with all the posts that were quoted therein? It makes it very irritating to read, and just takes up huge amounts of space. It is possible to only quote the relevant parts that you want to refer to.
