I was due for my shot in april I went to
the doctor and he gave me the patch
instead. He said put it on first day of
my period. Well I have not gotten my
period for 5 years while on the shot. I
was not safe with my boyfriend and still
no period. My boobs are sore and I feel
sick all time. I have taken two
pregnancy tests a week apart and both were
negative. I have heard some women dont
get there period 6 to 12 mths after useing
the shot. What do you think?

If you have missed a period and taken a
home pregnancy test and it came back
negative, then I dont think that you are
pregnant. But go to the doc and get a
blood test to make sure.

I'm on the shot and I haven't had a period
ever since the one I had when I went to
get the shot. Missing periods while on
depo is normal so I wouldn't worry too
much about it.
