I have 3 children and my periods have always been regular until a couple of months ago. Now I bleed for 7-9 days, stop for a day or two and then it starts up again like a vicious cycle. I have had quite a bit of abdominal pain over the past two days and thought it might be possible that i'm miscarrying, but I done a pregnancy test and it was negative. I can't take the pill (allergic to provera). Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

I can feel your pain 100% as I too am going through this same ordeal. Only I have been like this for 2 years and now they have decided that I need a cat scan to see if I have fibroids or endometriosis. My symptoms are bloated to the point I feel like I am 8 months pregnant, tender abdoman, pain in the entire stomach area, nausea and at times I even vomit. I wish you the best and hope you can get it taken care of soon......I have taken birth control to regulate and estrogen to make me have periods and still no normal periods. good luck freebird356

Hey lady.Something crazy is happening to me too.I just ended my period 2 wks. Ago(mine too is usually normal)and its back.I get pains too,but thats not too unusual.I have 2 kids and this is a first.Good luck,and if you have any info that you find out,i'm here.
