How many people know their homocysteine levels? I was just reading a site that has an audio and explanation all about the importance of lowering your homocysteine levels, great site. It seems this is a good place to start for some help as well as prevention for future problems with stoke, heart problems, alzheimers, osteoporosis. Look into it, folks. You can also listen to a doctor talk about it or get a free cd mailed to you. Respond if you are interested and I will forward the website I saw. Its very interesting.
