Hi I have just been diagnosed with hypoglycemia. I am 20 yrs. old and I dont know much about this. I went to the doc. and they did a 6 hour glucose test, my blood sugar level dropped to 39 which is dangeroulsy low. i am on a strict diet that doesnt seem to be helping me to much. i still get shaky and tingly in arms and legs, lightheaded, headaches, and extremely tired all the time. Im not really to sure what to do, if i should try another type of doc. or what. I just hope that this hasnt turned into something else, more severe since i have waited about a couple years to get diagnosed. if you have any advice i sure need it. Thank you Confused

Hi, my best friend has this condition, she always keep saltine crakers or something of the sort with her at all times, when she starts feeling the symptoms coming on sort to speak, she eats a few or more than a few to help offset the condition. Good luck doll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
