From what I know, cocaine is especially a problem if the kid is born with cocaine in the system. Their detox is pure hell. Surprisingly, though, while they probably will have some problems in life, they do much better that anybody ever expected. They are a lot of work, though. I am not so sure about cocaine early in pregnancy. As far as I know, it is not causing any birth defects, but I could be wrong. I know that it doesn't cause cancer, though.
As for alcohol, the when and how much is somewhat important. We do know thta there has not been a lower limit to where we have not detected effects of alcohol, but on the other hand, occationally having a glas sof wine simply has not been shown to be detrimental. So any drink is worse than none, but being drunk all the time is not the same as a few drinks either. Alcohol effects are mainly due to the fetal body not being able to eliminate it well. It kind of sticks in the system and can "pickle" the brain in large amounts, which is what causes the fas. Fas is a birth defect, in a sense. But the alcohol level ingested always seems to be higher than what we would expect.
But from what you describes, I don't know of any major risks and don't see any major reason to be worried. You most likely can stop worrying and begin getting excited
you might want to check up on early cocaine exposure and birth defects, because I simply don't know much about it. But again, pay attention to doses and time of exposure when you get your reply.
