Until you start to show, and even now every once and a while I put mine back in to make sure that it does not close over.

Dude just take it out some I mean only some ppl can go thru their pregnancy with it in otherwise it starts up your belly button I took mine out at like 3/4 months

I agree with jessamyn on this one, I have seen it mess up some peoples belly buttons. I persomally have had three babies though and I left mine in through all three pregnancies and all was fine it didn't mess anything up with my belly button. And I fully intend to keep mine in until I see it is causing problems otherwise I will leave it in. I do know that sometimes... Most of the times the Dr. Will request that during delivery that you remove it in case of an emergency c-section because the ring can harbor bacteria and all tose meastie beasties would not be good for the incision site or for the new lil one either.

It's best to take it out before the belly stretches because it could get uncomfortable and start to irritate... Im 30 weeks and I said that if I ever got pregnant I was gonna keep my ring in... Well I took it out at around 18 weeks when I started to show... It started hurting...
