I suck. I dated this guy for a year and a
half. I wasnt happy anymore, there was no
lack of love but of trust and patietene
and space on his part. Anyway I went
crazy with the newly single freedom (i
felt pretty repressed before) and woke up
out of a 3 month bender of drinking and
drugs and realized I had been sleeping
with his best friend and lying to
everyone. Now I cant stop feeling like
caca and wanting to take a bottle of pain
killers and excaqpe my actions. Do I
deserve this self torture? I was very
good to him when we were together, and had
no intention of this ever, ever, ever,
happening.

Secondly, the reason you feel guilty is
because it was with his best mate but
guilty feelings pass, you were single at
the time so you didnt actually do anything
wrong....His mate kinda did though!
If I were you i'd keep your head clean,
lay off the drink and drugs and get a
straight mind. You will see things from a
clearer light and you will able to make
sense of things.
Try not to worry about it though.
