My period is due in like 2 days and i've
had light cramping the last week or so but
tonight it seems a little worse. See I
had unprotected sex on the 9th and he
didnt pull out or anything so I guess i've
been a little paranoid the last couple
weeks, but since i'm having these cramps,
which I usually get before my period
comes, I guess that means I don't have to
worry about being pregnant, right?

If I were you, I would not just assume.
Listen, if you ant you could wait until
you get your period (or not) to see if you
actually have something to worry about.
However, if you do not get it, definetely
tale a home pregnancy test to make sure
that you didnt get pregnant. I know you
are scared, I am expecting my period next
week but I made a mistake with my patch so
im going crazy. Hopefully, you are not
preg if you dont want to be. Just have
faith and be on top of things!

Honestly, I don't think I am. I've just
been paranoid the last week or so because
of what i've read and what some people
have said to me. The simplest solution I
know would be to go buy a test since i'm
due tomorrow, but I don't want to buy one
and test too early, you know. (i have a
post on the pregnancy forum about it, but
yet no replies). Even if I was i'd only
be like just over 3 weeks so i'm thinking
thats too early to know.
Sorry about your situation, hope things
work for you. I know that week is
probably going to drive you completely mad
though.

I took a hpt. The first one messed up (i
guess I didnt have to go as bad as I
thought cause the stick was barely wet) so
it took forever for even just one line to
show up and then I thought there was
another very very very faint light line
with it but because of how long it took to
appear I disregarded it and waited to take
the other test. That one came out
negative. So I guess that means i'm not
pg. But why would a second line appear on
the first test if I wasn't pregnant (even
if the test was messed up)? Do you think
its possible that I am pregnant and just
got a false negative on the second test or
was it the first test that was wrong? I
guess all I can do is wait and see if I
get my period. :roll:

Sometimes we tend to panic when we are
expecting something so anxiously and it
doesnt come or it takes too long. Maybe
you are just scared and you have pushed it
away by stressing it so much (at least
that is one possibility of why a missed
period). It seems to me that we are on
the same boat {you dont want to be
pregnant and neither do i}. I honestly
hope that we are not because we are not
prepare for it and we have other plans in
mind. At least you are a little more
relieved bc you dont think you are and you
already have what might be your period. I
would have to wait until tomorrow
afternoon to take that test at the clinic
and to find out that result. You cannot
imagine how difficult it has been for me
to sleep during these past couple of days
and I did not even study for my finals.
Well honey I wish you the best of luck and
hope everything turns out better than
expected!
