Now, however, my girlfriend and I becoming
more sexually active. The problem is,
after making out, I become so arroused
that when she begins to give me a handjob,
I cum quickly. Sometimes in less than 30
seconds.
Not only is this bad because I never get
to the oppertunity to actually enjoy it,
but very very emberessing as well.
Can somebody give me tips on how to last
longer.

Look up "squeeze technique" in a men's
health book. It is a way for you to learn
how to control it better. It's done while
maturbating,( your hand or hers) and you
squeeze just below the head when you get
the urge to cum. Hold it until the urge
subsides then go at it again. The more
you do this, the better your control will
get.
