Usually when you had a dream that you're pregnant... That means somebody close to you is pregnant or whatever

Well through out my whole first trimester I thought that I was going to have a boy because of the father having all brothers and his father having all brothers, I even bought boy clothes. But one night I had this really weird dream that me and my step mother had babies at the same time and there was one girl and one boy, the nurse handed me the girl and I told her that I had a boy, she told me no you had a little girl. A few weeks later I went for an ultrasound and it turned out that I was having a girl! The odds of me having a girl are not very good because of both of our families but my dream let me in on a little secret and you know what, it was the best secret I think I have ever been told!
