Hurt By Daddy

My dad was overfeeding my fat cat today and I told him to stop and then he told me to watch what I put in my mouth instead. According to the bmi and my doctor, i'm at healthy weight. My cat however is obese....Literally. I said I didn't want him to die (my cat that is) and my dad said he doesn't want me to die!
*cries* I don't want to go back to being bulimic.

Don't listen to him! You stay your healthy happy self! Some people (even though he is your father) just say things to be mean, maybe his idea of healthy is stick skinny many people have different ideas of whats a healthy weight, but listen to your doctors, they know better about your body then your dad, and not meaning to be mean but maybe your father has his own issues, because thats not something he should be saying to his daughter, don't let him bring you down please, being bulimic is not healthy! Its better to be a little over weight then be way too skinny you hear me!? Keep your chin up, and about your cat issue, maybe just after your dad leaves take the food from your cat, to stay away from any further arguments with your father :)

I have felt completly the same, when someone you should be able to trust betrays you. What I find is really good to do when I feel let down or sad is put on my favorite music, it helps work through your emotions. At the moment when i'm having trouble I pu on mary j bliges song 'no more drama' and it really makes me realise how much I want to beat bulimia no matter what anyone else says or makes me feel. Hope your doing ok! :)
