Herpes/yeast Infection

Can herpes or yeast infection affect my period being late????

The last time I had my period was march 28th... That was the day it started... But it was weird.. Before that.. I had my period for a week.. Then stopped for a week then had it again.. And now its been almost a month since then.. When I went to the doctors to get sumthing for the yeast infection about 3 weeks ago they did a pregnancy test and it came up negative but now I dunno
