Q: Blood Clots Or Twins?

I went for my first ultrasound today and I was told that I am 4 weeks prego. There were 2 black dots found in my uterus and the nurse said that there is a chance it could be twins. Or a blood clot.

My hcg levels were 1500 on friday. By today, I should be more than 4 weeks
