Lupus Discoid And Laser Treatment Posted: 05-25-05 16:24pm
Hello all,
i am 28 with discoid lupus since a year
and I have a few spots in my face I would
like removed. I was thinking about laser
surgery. Anyone as any recommandation or
experience. I am currently on plaquenil
400mg a day and I would really like to do
something about it!

I have lupus dyscoid and finished a course
of laser treatment recently. I do not
know how effective it is on the rash/spots
but the results on broken viens/rosacea
has been 95% successful. I am realy
pleased with the end result. I stopped
taking plaquinil 2 years ago due to the
long term side effects outweighing the
pros of taking it. I did not get much
benefit from the drug anyway. Does
anybody suffer with eye inflamation.
