Young Mother, Expecting Number 2

Wow you are very young, what does your family say? Well welcome to the forum. Leilani is a pretty name, im reading a book and the girls name is leilani. Thats great the dad is there with you. I dont have any kids yet. But I was talking to jose (my hubby) and he was like what can I give you for christmas? And I said "a baby" so hes thinking on it, because we were going to wait until jan. Or later but I want one soon. So who knows! Congrats on your new baby!

Congrats! Leilani is a very beautiful name! How old is your children's father? What did your parents say? Are you still in school? Working? Sorry about all the questions!

I am 17 as well and my daughter, cheyenne, will be 6 weeks old on thursday!

Hello thanks for the congrats! Congratulations on your baby jessika and good luck with conceiving nikki_caro! As for your questions my family was upset when I first told them I was pregnant with leilani, I got pregnant with her at 15 and had her at 16, my mom was sooo pissed! She hardly spoke 2 words to me during the first 4 months or so. My dad came around a little sooner but not much. After having her though they were so much better they were more accepting because they had their 2nd grand baby.(my older sister has a daughter) I moved in with my boyfriend and his parents when I was 6 months pregnant with her. I still work now, I am a waitress, my base pay sucks but my tips are awesome! I still go to school, I am a senior! With this one, when I told my parents about me being pregnant with him I could just see the fumes coming out of my mom’s head. She was yelling and asking me had I not learned anything? So she was a little worse, but my dad wasn’t mad at all, he was like well kalyca, its your life and leilani is happy I am sure you and brett will do fine. My mom is not really angry anymore, but I get the disappointment look everytime I take leilani to visit. It’s ok though I don’t mind because brett’s parents are supportive of us. Brett is 19 and he is working hard right now to get us our own place. But yeah that’s about it, if anyone needs help with anything feel free to ask! Leilani had colic when she was a newborn so if you need help with that feel free to ask!

Thanks, I don't know what we are naming him yet, we want something as unique as leilani's name. Something classic but not over-used!

Wow, your mom was that mad huh? Well id be in the same boat as her though. If my sister got preggy again (which she cant) I think I would ring her neck, then let my other sisters and mom do the same! Because its hard as it is! But thats good you both work and you have some supprt. In the book im reading leilani has a brother and his name is lukipela. They call him luki. But if what it says in the book, the mother named lani after heavenly child and lukipela is hawaiian for lucifer. And I dont think you would want that! But are you looking for hawaiian names? Or just anything appealing?

Oh my gosh! Thats so neat! Im 14 and im pregnant with my first. And he is due march 21st! Ha. That cool. I am also 21 weeks (obviously, lol) ill be 22 weeks on friday. Do you know what you are having yet? Let us know when you come up with some names! Mine is going to be joshua blake dewitt. Joshua is very over-used but it has special meaning since my brother in law died of carbon monoxide poisoning in april. His name was josh. So naturally my sister is absoloutly thrilled with the name. Hello! Thanks again! I would love to show you pictures of us but I don't have anyway of getting them online! I am using my boyfriend's mom's computer and she doesn't have a scanner or digital camera! I will be 22 weeks pregnant tomorrow kissybai. It is also wonderful that you are naming your son after your brother in-law thats really sweet! We have no names for out son yet though!
