I have taken saw palmetto for years, it
helps my cramps, insomnia and androgenic
tendencies I have as a female. I
recently started birth control and
wondered if I had to stop the saw palmetto
for it to be effective. There seems
little research out there.
So I wanted to ask if anyone may be using
birth control and saw palmetto. If you
have do you have the saw palmetto daily
like I do? I'd ask my gynecologist but
like most hmo doctors they do not know
about alternative medicine!
