I'm a 22 year old student. And I think
im going crazy, sometimes I think stupid
stuff, bad stuff, that a normal person
would not think. Is like something I can
control and just pops up in my head. I'm
very insecure and i'm afraid that one of
this day and gonna end up doing something
stupid. Is pretty scary, I just need some
help.

Hi,
the feelings that you are experiencing
must be very scary for you. I am a 23 yr.
Old nursing student and one of my very
good friend's has been diagosed with
bipolar 1 disorder. She would tell me
that she gets so aggrivated with people
that she wanted to go over and scratch her
eyes out. She was serious.
Anyway, the best thing that you can do is
to talk to someone on a regular basis. If
you are not already seeing a psychiatrist
it may be a good idea because not only can
they talk to you about your feelings but
he/she can also prescribe you mood
stabalizers such as "lithium". It is
very important for you to express to
either your parents or doctors what you
are feeling. If your ever feeling like
you may harm yourself or anyone else call
your doctor asap. Good luck!
