Do you mean you're worried that doing that
may shoot up leftover sperm into your
uterus and get you pregnant? How long
was the gap between the masterbation and
the sex?

Sperm does not live very long in the
vagina. Unless it makes it to the
uterus, one day is average. And no, it
is unlikely that douching or water
masturbation can push sperm into the
vagina. However, if the sperm is alive,
it could let it get contact with the
cervix and thus let it enter into the
uterus
but the water's chemical properties
(hypotonic, if anybody are curious) also
likely would cause harm to the sperm, and
I doubt it would make it up to the egg.
